I'm a 40 year old white guy from Ellendale, ND. I speak a little german. I consider my appearance to be good looking. I am 5'11" tall with a big build. I have brown hair, wild hazel eyes and a tanned complexion.

My ideal match:
My ideal mate would be someone who is comfortable and confident in herself and with her body. A woman that would be warm, kind, gentle and considerate. A lady who would light up the room with her smile. A caring and loving partner who is looking for and wants to be a true friend. I am looking for someone who has her own dreams, will share them with me and is ambitious enough to reach out for them. But, I am also looking for someone who will help me and share in my dreams of starting my own business.
Above all else, I am looking for a woman of faith who loves the Lord and wants to find a partner to share her walk and to grow in faith together through prayer and study.
The ideal setting for a first date:
My ideal first date would be a place which would be non-threatening and a chance to get to know someone. Something fun, like a mountain bike ride through the woods, a hike along the north shore of Lake Superior, a tour through a museum or something where we can have fun and not feel the pressure of trying to be romantic, but explore a friendship.
My favorite hangout or club:
Anything outdoors is my favorite hangout. I love to hunt, fish and camp. But, I am also educated and cultured, so you can get me to attend concerts, and other arts events.
Work:
I have enjoyed working various communications positions since receiving my communications degree from college. But after having spent time working for others, I would really like to start my own outdoor, high adventure, on-location free-lance photography business. Maybe you will see my picture someday between the covers of National Geographic.
What I like to do when I'm not at work:
I have many different a diverse interests. I am a free-lance photogarpher and currently the race photographer for a national sled dog race. I also am a volunteer Boy Scout leader.
I love to read, spend time with friends, and explore new adventures. I am an avid hunter and fisherman.
You can most weekends find me looking for an opportunity to get outside and enjoy the great adventures the North Shore of Lake Superior have to offer.
Where I see myself two to five years from now:
I see myself in a relationship with a wonderful lady leading to hopefully starting a family. Or being part of the family she had already started. I see myself as owning my own business and being able to provide my family with the things which will keep them safe, make them feel loved and happy
If I could change one thing about myself:
I tend to spend too much time worrying about the details of life. I need to have someone who will help me to let go and really feel safe and comfortable to ejoy the pleasures of life with.
